Northern Pike Fishing

Northern Pike anglers at the Outpost Company generally see an average catch of fish measuring 26 inches to 28 inches with trophies measuring 38 inches to 48 inches. There is lots of pike action throughout the whole summer, but the best time for trophy pike is during May.

Suggested lures for fishing pike are spoons, bucktails, magnums and shad raps. Also, make sure you have a supply of 6 inch leaders in your tackle box.
